Overview
All deliveries are subject to stock availability and authorisation of your payment.
We can deliver your order to an address of your choice. The delivery address must be in the UK, and hold a valid postcode. We do not deliver to Eire or BFPO addresses.
For home delivery, the delivery charge is the same, irrespective of the number of items ordered.
We aim to process all enquiries and requests as quickly as possible, but we reserve the right to restrict, refuse or cancel orders, as well as refuse access to the website and terminate accounts at our discretion. This website is intended for use by UK adult consumers only and for delivery within the UK.
We reserve the right to vary these terms and conditions at any time, but in respect of any ordered goods, the terms and conditions which apply shall be those which you accepted when placing your order.

Please be aware that during peak trading times it may take 1 – 2 days longer for your order to arrive. If you have any questions about the delivery of your order, please call our store on 01248 712177. Lines are open Monday to Saturday 10am to 4pm where a member of staff will be happy to help.
For mainland UK there is a standard home delivery charge of £3.95 for online orders under £70 Online orders £70 and over are eligible for free standard delivery. Delivery is within 3 – 4 working days for mainland UK.
