We are confident that you will be pleased with your purchase(s) from Dicks Shoe Store but in the unlikely event that you need to return an item, you must notify us in writing of your intention to return within 14 days of receiving the goods at [email protected] From this notification date, you will then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Not withstanding the above, the buyer is responsible for the cost of return postage. The item must be returned with the original proof of purchase, in an unworn condition with all tags (if applicable) and original packaging in order to be fully refunded or exchanged. Footwear must be returned with the dust bag and/or original shoe box as these are considered part of the product. We advise that you obtain some proof of postage as Dicks Shoe Store will not be held liable for returned item(s) lost in transit.

A refund will be issued within 24 hours of receiving the returned goods, as long as the stipulated conditions have been met. Please be aware that depending on your bank it may take 5-7 days before the money becomes available in your account.

Additional postage costs, such as next day delivery, EU or Worldwide post will not be refunded.

Shoe care items,handbags & socks are non refundable.

The buyer is responsible for the cost of return postage via Royal Mail or another carrier of your choice. The service chosen should be tracked and the item insured at or above the purchase price. We do advise that you obtain proof of postage for whichever method you choose as Dicks Shoe Store will not be held liable for refunding returned item(s) lost in transit.
